Bordeaux Summer honey from southwestern France. A smooth, fine creamed honey with a delicate flavor of Sunflower and Blackberry nectars, made by our bees.
This honey is particularly rich in trace minerals such as calcium, boron and silicon. It's recommended for improving blood circulation and in cases of fever.
Recently discovered by a Cornell University study that Sunflower Honey proved to be "a promising candidate as a natural preservative to prevent food-borne illness and food spoilage".
