This pure and active form of propolis can be used on a day-to-day basis as a one-month course of treatment before the first cold days or throughout the entire Winter period.

Directions:

Take 4 spoons (2.4 g) of powder per day for a month. For an easier assimilation, blend with a teaspoon (5 ml) of honey or gradually dilute the powder in a little hot water (50 ml).

Alternative uses include mixing it into your favorite product to enhance its effects with the healthy benefits of propolis. Can also be applied upon skin irritations to create a healing, coat of protection.

Propolis extract 2.4g (of which Propolis 600 mg).
