Thanks to the diversity of local flora, our bees have access to many different nectar sources over a long season, unlike regions dominated by monocultures where the floral sources are limited. This means their honey naturally changes in taste, color, and texture throughout the year and from year to year depending on changes in climate.
In fact, a study conducted in England, determined that honeybees, just like humans, prefer to go "shopping" or hunting for nectar where they'll always find sources of nectar and pollen throughout the season.
Right next to our hives, horses graze peacefully, adding to the calm of the environment in which our bees live.
