Buying over and over for years.. helps with mold.
I have been using this in my tea several times a day. There is some mold in my condo building, can't move yet, so this is keeping my system clear (per ART muscle testing) and using the propolis machine in my place every few months for a few weeks keeps counts below 10 from over 40. So these guys are a staple for me. I also never travel without the throat spray.

When i have been in a busy area, I always spray my mouth with this propolis spray, and when traveling I also use the nose spray as well.. I always keep a stock and ofen hand them out to family when they are starting to get a bit of a sore throat.. been my go-to for over 8 years now.
Using this product for years..
I put a Pippett or two in my tea a few times a day, I swear it keeps colds away but most importantly keeping mold counts really low in my body which otherwise get out of hand. Tastes good in hot water/tea/coffee/mushroom dandelion brew. My ND is sure this has kept everything in check for me.
