RECOMMENDED USE:

For maximum benefit, brush 2 to 3 minutes after each meal, using 1 in or 2 cm of toothpaste.

For convenience, keep the tube upside down after each use. This toothpaste will NOT stain teeth, but may stain the toothbrush. Do not use if allergic to any of its ingredients.
