Delivery and Return Policy

 

Please read the following policy regarding delivery, returns and warranty.

 

Delivery Information:

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

 

Shipping Time: The shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping option chosen during checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary. 

All shipping and fulfillment is coordinated out of our warehouse in Cleveland Ohio. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

If you want delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before ordering.

Any applicable taxes or customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is free for all orders over $80.

 

Return and Refund Policy:

 

Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

 

Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at clanigan@beehealthyfarms.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. 

 

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

 

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Warranty Policy for Propolis Diffusers:

 

Our PropolAir® propolis diffusers are covered by a 2 year warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a limited warranty on our products, which covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.

The warranty covers defects that arise from normal and intended use of the product. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

 

Warranty Claims Process:

If you believe that your product is defective and eligible for warranty coverage, please contact our customer service team at clanigan@beehealthyfarms.com within the warranty period. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer service team may request additional information or evidence to assess the warranty claim. This may include photographs, videos, or a return of the product for inspection.

If the claim is deemed valid, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. In some cases, a refund may be provided instead of repair or replacement.

Any repaired or replaced products will continue to be covered under the remaining duration of the original warranty.

 

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur due to individual sensitivities or allergies. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the product ingredients and consult with a healthcare professional if necessary.

 

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as outlined in this policy.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury.

 

Modification of Warranty Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will apply to any subsequent purchases made after the modification.
